A quick update about a member of the Chicago Tai Chi community landing on the pages of Fast Company magazine, for a really good reason.
Meet Brad Nardick
Brad Nardick is a Chicago Tai Chi private client, focusing on Tai Chi and Qigong. A former Division 1 wrestler and combative sport enthusiast, Brad engaged in years of high impact workouts, and has lots of experience with the associated aches, pains, and injuries.
Brad sought out Tai Chi as a low-impact, mind-body exercise to help release stress, heal his body, and calm his mind.
Like many of us, he got hooked, enjoying the challenge and benefits of the sophisticated movements of Tai Chi.
Brad is also the President of The Bazaar, Inc., a third-generation family business with over 200 employees. At the company, Brad has spearheaded an initiative to include employees with disabilities in the workforce.
Brad is passionate about the importance of an inclusive workplace. His article on his company's innovative approach to hiring disabled workers is featured in this month's Fast Company magazine.
