My gift is a series of short videos guiding you through one of several of my go-to practices for relaxing deeply.

Especially when I'm tight on time.


Each video provides a 5 minute "Micropractice" you can incorporate into your busy life. Tools to release tension and stress, that don't overload you're already busy schedule.

We call the videos The Wellness Path Micropractice Series.

I've gleaned these Micropractices from my 12 years of instruction and practice under my main teacher, Taoist Lineage Holder Master Bruce Frantzis.

On the fundamental importance of relaxation, he writes in his book The Chi Revolution,

"Although it may seem counterintuitive, the more you relax, the more energy, stamina and strength you will gain...."

I share my story. Years of high performance under high stress. As a successful lawyer. And before that, flying supersonic, carrier-based fighter jets for the US Navy.

I also share a Navy story I've never shared publicly before.

How I saved a pilot and myself from a jet, seconds before it crashed into the sea.

While the story is dramatic, the point is this—

I have unusual insight into performance under stress. Including when lives are at stake.

I have deep personal experience into the consequences of chronic stress to the body, mind, and emotions— illness, pain, unhappiness.

I want to help you avoid those consequences.  With practical tools to help you become relaxed, smooth, and balanced inside.

That's the aim of The Wellness Path Micropractice Series.
