First, a question—

When was the last time you stood up from working on your computer and said, "My shoulders and upper back feel sooooo relaxed!"

Today, shoulder and upper back tension is endemic. You feel it yourself. You see it in others.

How we work— often at a computer, produces physical tension in this area. That, combined with work-related stress, bakes this tension in deeply.

Over time, that chronic tension can result in pain, stiffness, dysfunction, injury, and loss of mobility.
