The 2 Fundamental Knee Alignments
By maintaining the 2 Fundamental Knee Alignments, you avoid driving forces into your knees that cause injury, or that irritate existing conditions, like arthritis.
I know first hand how this works. After multiple knee injuries and surgeries, I have arthritis in both knees.
When I don't maintain the 2 Fundamental Knee Alignments, my knees hurt.
When I do maintain the 2 Fundamental Knee Alignments, my knees don't hurt.
It seems simple. Yet most people are not aware of their knee alignments, and don't maintain them.
It takes some training and practice.
As a result, they continue to move in ways that hurt their knees.
I don't want that for you. Or anyone really.
That's why I wrote the book Tai Chi for Knee Health: The Low-Impact Exercise System for Eliminating Knee Pain.
