Wu Style Short Form Classes
Wu Style Short Form 1
Content: Enjoy exploring the first several moves of the 27 Move Wu Style Short Form.
Schedule: Tues: 11:00 - 11:45 am CT
Prerequisites: None.
Wu Style Short Form 2
Content: Continue exploring more moves of the 27 Move Wu Style Short Form.
Schedule: Thurs: 11:00 - 11:45 am CT
Prerequisites: Complete Tai Chi 1 or Instructor Permission
Wu Style Short Form 3
Content: Build upon what you learned in Short Form 1 and 2 classes, complete the 27 Move Wu Style Short Form.
Schedule: Fri: 11:00 - 11:45 am CT
Prerequisites: Complete Tai Chi 2 or Instructor Permission
Wu Style Short Form Practice Class
Content: A practice class open to all Short Form levels.
Schedule: Wed: 5:30 - 6:15 pm CT; Sat: 10:00 - 10:30 am CT (First three Saturdays of the month)
Prerequisites: None.
Wu Style Long Form Classes
Wu Style Long Form 1
Content: Ready for more challenging moves and a longer sequence? The Wu Style Long Form delivers all that and more. This class covers Long Form Sections 1 and 2a.

Wu Style Long Form 2
Content: This class covers Long Form Sections 2a, 2b, and 3a.

Content: This class covers Long Form Sections 3a, 3b, 3c, aiming to complete and practice the entire Long Form.

Qigong Classes
Dragon & Tiger Qigong
Content: Explore a 8 move Qigong set designed to relax the body and promote circulation of energy, what the Chinese call “Qi.” Discover how to perceive and work with your Qi in ways that promote vibrant health.

Morning Qigong
Content: Start your Saturday with special Qigong workouts designed to help you relax, re-energized, and feel wonderful!

Tai Chi for Balance
Content: A class to help you feel stable, secure, and confidant on your feet. And avoid falls. Separate registration is required.

Old Yang Style Medium Form (Section 2)
Content: This class introduces the Old Yang Style Medium Form.

Gold Member Saturday Class
Content: An opportunity for CTC Gold Members to explore material usually not in our other classes.

Introduction to Taoist Meditation
Content: Explore your inner landscape with Taoist Meditation. This class will cover fundamental meditation techniques from Taoism, helping you to become more present, smooth, and clear.
