The course includes 10 live online classes led by Head Instructor Chris Cinnamon, creator of the Tai Chi for Balance System.
Classes meet on Zoom, Wednesdays, 10 - 10:45 am Central Time, beginning on April 9. The last class meets on Wednesday, June 11.
The course also includes seven live Online Practice Sessions led by Chris.
Practice Sessions meet on Zoom, Saturdays, 10 am CT on the following dates: April 12 and 19, May 3, 10, 17, and 24, and June 7.

Certified Exercise Physiologist, Head Instructor, Author
Chris Cinnamon is an exercise physiologist, wellness expert, author, and Head Instructor at Chicago Tai Chi. Chris’s first book, Tai Chi for Knee Health: The Low-Impact Exercise System for Eliminating Knee Pain (2019), has helped thousands of adults restore knee health and enjoy moving again. Chris's new book, Tai Chi for Balance: How to Stay on Your Feet and Avoid Falls (2023) guides the reader through his doctor recommended Tai Chi for Balance exercise system.
Chris holds a law degree from the University of Michigan, a Masters in Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and is certified as an exercise physiologist by the American College of Sports Medicine. Chris served 7 years in the US Navy, flying carrier-based F-14 Tomcat fighter jets. Chris lives and teaches from downtown Chicago, leads classes and workshops streamed worldwide, and is passionate about sharing the powerful benefits of Tai Chi, Qigong, and Meditation.
