“Falls are devastating not only for older adults, but for middle-aged and younger people with musculoskeletal conditions such as arthritis. Even the fear of potentially falling can adversely impact mental health and profoundly reduce quality of life. Chris Cinnamon has created an evidence-based program to help improve balance and stability while restoring peoples' confidence and trust in their own bodies.”
