Shelby does an excellent job of describing important, evidenced-based benefits of Tai Chi, including:

  • Improving Balance and Avoiding Falls
  • Alleviating Chronic Knee Pain
  • Stress Reduction
  • Improved Sleep

Here's one quote I'm especially pleased Shelby captured:
