How to Eliminate Knee Pain with Tai Chi: Tip #2
Finding Your Sweet Spot

What's the Sweet Spot in your knees?

You're on your Sweet Spot when the pressure in your knees is as even and balanced as you can get it.

Once you find it, you'll find it's pretty small. Just a little movement of your knees can move you off your Sweet Spot.

Why do you want to find your Sweet Spot?

Because when you're on your Sweet Spot, you are not putting excess pressure into parts of your knees that are injured, irritated, or arthritic.

Staying on your Sweet Spot reduces pain and supports healing.

The Sweet Spot is a core element of my Tai Chi for Knee Health System.

First, you learn how to align your knees to find your Sweet Spot.

Then, through step-by-step exercises, you develop the sensitivity and skill to stay on your Sweet Spot as you move.

In the video below, I lead you through a brief exercise to help you find your Sweet Spot.

Check it out and let me know what you think.
